The Clean Energy Difference

  • Burner features a 15 second air injection post purge to keep nozzle assembly clean
  • Precision digital burner control for reliable operation in all conditions.
  • Thermostatically controlled pre-heater easily pass UL "cold start" tests and optimizes combustion.
  • Burns a variety of fuels including most synthetic oil, and just about any mixture of oil products.
  • Easy to service, quick disconnect burner nozzle adapter, electric, oil and air line.
  • 14 gauge 409 stainless high velocity steel air swept heat exchanger
  • 11 gauge 409 stainless steel front frame and target wall.
  • This durable metal is resistant to rust and corrosion, and will ensure a long life cycle for your furnace.
  • At higher temperatures 409 stainless steel transfers heat quicker than mild steel. This means more efficient heating for your facility.
  • Our Stainless Steel Flue Tubes are swedged - not welded - to prevent cracking as the metal expands and contracts as the temperature inside the furnace changes.  In addition, hot air is forced down the tubes therefore reducing stack temperature.
  • Heat exchanger and flue tubes are designed to limit heat escape and maximize the heat produced.
  • 14 Gauge 409 stainless steel heat exchanger with swedged vertical flue tubes
  • Vertical flue tubes are designed to catch the little bit of ash created by burning used oil, and funnel it neatly into a collection pan for easy cleaning
  • When the tubes are vertical, instead of horizontal like in other furnaces, the ash falls easily away and the furnace transfers heat more efficiently.
  • More surface area to extract heat prior to the chimney. Lower stack temperatures and higher heat output
  • Includes a pre-assembled, vacuum tested metering pump that does not require user adjustment.
  • Squirrel Cage Blower for Quieter Operation
  • Clean out is easy, and with longer service intervals of 1,000+ hours, less frequent
  • Easy cabinet access. No tools required.  Burner does not have to be removed to clean cabinet.
  • Louvers can be positioned at left, right, or bottom of unit.
  • Easy access oil line connector block allows servicing without disconnect the oil line to open the front door.
  • Easy access clean out door
  • Installation options allow exhaust from left or right side of furnace
